Shipping & Returns


*Please be advised that shipping carriers have suspended commitment guarantees on most services until further notice citing continued impact due to Covid 19.  Please choose shipping method carefully since shipping charges can not be refunded if package arrives later than expected.

We are currently only shipping to addresses in the continental United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products that need to be shipped via Freight Carriers due to size and/or weight.

Any Free Shipping or other discount offers can only be used for items purchased using our shopping cart at, and are not applicable to special orders, custom-made orders, rental costumes or theatrical show costume orders.

Most orders placed by noon Eastern Standard Time are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed in October may require additional time for processing and packing.

The following approximate transit times after we ship may vary depending on your location, delivery time of day varies by your location unless specified below:

  • USPS First Class Mail (Usually 2-4 Business Days - NOT GUARANTEED)
  • USPS Parcel Select Ground (Usually 3-8 Business Days - NOT GUARANTEED)
  • USPS Priority Mail (Usually 2-3 Business Days - NOT GUARANTEED)
  • USPS Priority Mail Express (Delivered in 1-2 Business Days by 3:00pm)
  • UPS Ground (Delivered in 2-6 Business Days by end of day)
  • UPS 3-Day Select (Delivered 3rd Business Day by end of day)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air (Delivered 2nd Business Day by end of day)
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver (Delivered by End of Next Business Day)
  • UPS Next Day Air (Usually Delivered by 10:30am Next Business Day)

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us immediately with your order number and reason you would like to return the product. We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for how to return items from your order.  Claims for damaged or missing items or if the wrong item was shipped must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.

The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for a refund: 

  1. Returns must be received by us within 30 days of the original order date.
  2. Item(s) returned for a refund will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  3. Item(s) must be new, unused and in their original packaging, along with all accessories.
  4. Item(s) must be accompanied by the original packing slip.
  5. Item(s) must be returned via a shipping method that includes tracking.
  6. All shipping costs must be pre-paid by the party returning the merchandise (i.e. the customer). 

Incorrect Addresses and Undeliverable or Refused Packages: Packages that are shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer during the order process and are undeliverable by the courier are subject to a 15% handling and restocking fee. Undeliverable orders include but are not limited to: orders for which the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address; instances in which the customer is not available for delivery; and instances where the order is refused by the customer.

The following items qualify for a return ONLY if they are in their original, unopened packaging - items will be rejected if they have been worn, used or altered in any way (if it goes on a pet, your face, feet, hair or intimate body areas and you took it out of the package - it's yours to keep): 

  • Undergarments and Lingerie items
  • Socks, tights and stockings
  • Shoe covers and boot tops
  • Eyelashes
  • Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair
  • Items in sealed blister packaging
  • Makeup and cosmetic items
  • Teeth and Fangs
  • Prosthetics and facial appliances
  • Any item used in the mouth
  • Inflatable Items
  • Pet costumes

 The following items are NEVER returnable: 

  • Special Ordered Items, Custom-made items, Wholesale Orders
  • Close out or clearance sale items
  • Any item that specifically states it cannot be returned in the product description or product information page
  • Gift Cards or Store Credit
  • Inflatable Decorations
  • Rental Costumes
  • Magic Tricks/Magic Books/Illusion Plans 

Please note that refunds are issued for the price of the merchandise ONLY and only on the credit card account number used to make the original purchase. We will not refund shipping or handling charges in either direction. The only exception is in a situation where we made an error in fulfillment by shipping the wrong item.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of us receiving the returned item(s). During the month of October, however, processing time may take an additional week to verify all return criteria have been met.
