Costumes outlined are in standard adult sizes-extremely large or small sizes may not be available. Also, specific colors and fabrics are not described due to new designs and availability in our stock (except where noted). Styles and accessories may vary.

ELIZA:

  1. Straw hat, unkempt skirt, blouse, apron, shawl, old coat.
  2. Simple high necked blouse, long jumper.
  3. Very elegant afternoon dress, hat, parasol, gloves.
  4. Dazzling evening dress, tiara, jewels, gloves, cloak.
  5. Elegant afternoon suit, hat, gloves, purse.
  6. Attractive daytime tea dress, hat, parasol.

PROFESSOR HIGGINS:

  1. Suit, overcoat, hat.
  2. Cardigan sweater, plain slacks, tie, white shirt.
  3. Cardigan sweater, tie, same pants, shirt.
  4. Full dress tails, cloak, top hat, gloves.
  5. Robe, shirt, pants.
  6. Daytime suit, hat, etc.

MRS. HILL:

  1. Expensive, well to do evening cape, plumed headpiece.
  2. Matronly afternoon gown, large hat, parasol in soft colors for ascot.

FREDDY HILL:

  1. Black evening cape, top hat, full dress shirt, tie, pants.
  2. Grey cutaway accessories for ascot.
  3. Period suit, hat, gloves, walking cane.

COLONEL PICKERING:

  1. Black evening cape, top hat, shirt, pants, tie.
  2. Tweed suit, knickers, high necked shirt, tie.
  3. Grey cutaway ascot suit, gray top hat, gray gloves, spats, ascot tie, cane.

MALE OPERA GUEST: Black evening cape, top hat, dress shirt, tie, pants.

FEMALE GUESTS: Evening capes, headpieces, long gloves.

COCKNEYS: Low class attire- shawls, old sweaters, vests, apple caps, worn hats, skirts, blouses, etc.

BARTENDER: Vest, shirt, apron.

HARRY, JAMIE, GEORGE:

  1. Assorted low class attire, dirty, unkempt.
  2. Unkempt cutaway, ill fitting.

MR. DOOLITTLE:

  1. Dirty chimney sweep pants, shirt, vest, cap.
  2. Unkempt cutaway, ill fitting.

MRS. PEARCE:

  1. Simple housekeeper’s dress, apron, cap.
  2. Apron.
  3. Night robe.

MRS. HOPKINS: Low class cockney clothes, shawl, hat.

MAIDS: Long sleeved full length dress with apron.

BUTLERS: Black pants, white shirt, apron, cap, coat optional.

CHARLES: Chauffeur’s coat, cap, jodhpurs, gloves, bootops.

ASCOT GENTLEMEN: Gray cutaway, white shirt, gray vest, striped pants, top hats, gloves and spats optional.

ASCOT LADIES: Elegant black and white long dresses, large elaborate hats, gloves, parasols.

STEWARDS: English livery.

POLICEMEN: High necked blue bobby coats, pants, helmets, stick.

FOOTMEN: Formal lackey costume, knee breeches, etc.

PROFESSOR KARPATHY: Full dress tails, gloves.

QUEEN: Regal gown, order sash, medals, tiara, gloves.

MRS. HIGGINS:
